This radio is a great looking Deco design set with rounded sides, standout front grille work and curved dial face. Built as a AC/DC five tube set with an extended AM/Police band. This radio has been completely refurbished. All capacitors have been changed along with faulty resistors and wiring. The speaker has been professionally reconed for great sound. The cabinet has been repainted with multicoated high gloss wet look lacquer. Weight 7 pounds. Also know as "The Reporter," this set with its sharp wrap around louvers and slanted front dial is a fine example of the Deco style design manufactured in 1947. Standard AM Broadcast band 535-1620 KC. All capacitors have been replaced along with a new power cord/plug. In addition tubes have been tested for top performance. Rust free chassis. The cabinet has been refinished in a light gray color. Set plays great with its powerful 4" dynamic speaker. 11-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 7"D.  $165.00. (0940022)

Hard to find RCA tube store banner. Dates from late 40's to 50's. The banner does have some stains; however, it has no holes or tears. Made of heavy red cotton Great for framing. 46"W x 40"H.  $65.00. (0940011)

Booklet with general information and hints on the subject of car radios of that period. Published in 1933 and deals with auto radios from 1929 to 1933. Good condition. 6"H x 4-1/2"W.  $15.00. (0940010)
 All radios sold unless otherwise noted are reconditioned. This includes:

Electrically recapped; tubes are all tested.
Plastic and Bakelites are cleaned and polished
Wood cabinets are refinished, stained and sealed.
Wires and resistors that may cause problems are replaced.

I prefer PayPal but if paying by check or money order, shipment will be made only after check or money order has cleared bank. Outside of US PayPal only.  Inside lower 48, I use FedX Ground and therefore cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Outside US, I will use the most economical method available. Shipping rate is not included in the radio price and will be added as extra. Shipping rate automatically includes insurance and if available tracking.

If upon receipt you are not satisfied with you set you may return the set.
Buyer has 24 hours to notify me of intent to return and three days to mail the item in question.
Set must be returned in its original packing material with proper postage and insurance coverage.
Once received in the same condition a refund of the sets purchase price will be made minus any postage and insurance
incurred by the buyer during this transaction.
