Philco radios sold!

Philco 46-421 (1946)
(wood tube table radio)

Philco 46-421 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I think this is one of the nicer radios in the Philco radio line, a good sounding six-tube Super-Heterodyne set with a fair size 4x6-inch elliptical speaker. This nice looking radio has been beautifully refinished and completely restored with all of the old type paper capacitors being replaced by the new modern long lasting style, the electrolytics too have also been replaced, those are the caps that cause that awful hum that you often hear in these older radios. All the circuits have been checked thru and this radio is now working beautifully and ready to serve a new owner for many years to come. This has a nice lighted dial, a large wire-wound antenna for excellent reception and it also has a new power cord. 14"W x 8"H x 6-1/2"D.
