Here is an interesting tombstone styled in a modernistic design profile. The radio is a terrific player which offers both AM and Shortwave from a five-tube super-het chassis. The radio was refinished by a previous owner in red mahogany and is very rich in color over the striped veneer. I thought the work good and the color cast more towards rosewood. The chassis has been professionally repaired and it plays great! Note how the speaker vents through the top of the radio which offers a 360 degree sound dispersal. The radio offers a big room size sound. Les added a mini-jack so you can input any modern device. Choose your own content and enjoy anything you choose.
