I buy old radios, mostly transistor radios, and totally refub them back to original working radios. I put a lot of time and effort into these old antiques. I want them to last another 60 years or more. I will not sell junk. If the radios do not meet my standards, they do not ship. I have several folks that can send you references on my work. I always get great reviews. If a radio should not perform as it should, I will take it back and issue a full refund.

I can install provisions for an external power pack to the Zenith Royal 2000's.  It will plug into the radio and automatically switch out the battery pack to supply 12 VDC.  Just unplug the external supply, and the battery pack is automatically switched back in.  You can now use AC to power up the radio and save those six "D" cell batteries.  It may also be possible for me to do this for other radios too.  Just contact me and ask.
