Toho Denki Seiki (1970s)
(plastic transistor portable radio w/FM)

Toho Denki Seiki (1970s)

NEW!SALE!  The Toho Denki Seiko Yellow FM/AM Radio that came in different names and colors but they all had 15 Transistors and 12 Electrolyte capacitors. To tell you how good they play, my wife heard the first one (green) I restored and she wanted it. Her mother heard it play and wanted the yellow one. Her mother's brother heard hers and wanted one as well. So I never got to sell one. Amazing radio with AVC or Automatic Volume Control which is rare in small radios. More Transistors then a Zenith T/O 7000 and just as many electrolyte capacitors. It runs on four "AA" batteries which are included and you can plug a 6 volt AC charger in it as well. The 17-in antenna is straight and true. 7"H x 4"W x 1-1/4"D.  Was $175.00, now $150.00. (0040548)
