THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A pristine all original Zenith Transoceanic 7000 made in 1969 (one of the first 7000's made). This is the best 7000 I have seen. It came to me with a little dust on the inside. The handle and the top are in excellent condition. The sides are in great shape. Inside the case a little wear around the dial knob. Battery box is pristine. The top looks superb. It comes with a original log book and power cord. Most 7000's play great FM. About 10% play superior FM and this is one of them. There was very little alignment needed on this radio which probably means it was not played a lot. The 7000's built right after the 3000 and 1000 pick up better AM and shortwave than the later 70's 7000-1 or D7000Y. It is restored with all new electrolytic capacitors and some wax caps replacements. It was also cleaned, lubed and each band is aligned for peak performance to play like new. It comes with and original cord, original log book and battery plastic holders. One year warranty. The radio will be shipped back to you by USPS Priority which only takes 2-3 days. 13"W x 9"H x 6-1/2"D.
