Zenith 6-D-316 (1938/39)

NEW!Here is a seldom seen Zenith tabletop model brought out in late 1938 for the 1939 model year. It's a six-tube radio that spent most of its life in Rochester, NY based on the stations identified on a couple of its push buttons. The knobs and pushbuttons are original. The case has been professionally restored in toning lacquers to take it back to its original appearance on a Zenith showroom shelf in 1939. And it has beautiful new period grille cloth, a new power cord, with a new Retro Tronics back. The original escutcheon looks great and does not have any cracks or damage. The chassis has been gone over by my tech, and everything that needed updating and replacing was done. The radio dial lights up and tunes in all my local stations clearly. I have added a link of antenna wire to enhance reception. About 13-1/2"Wx 8"H x 6"D. "ZENITH! The quality goes in before the name goes on!"  $298.00. (1150951)
