Majestic 5AK711 (1947)
(Bakelite tube table radio w/Aux or BT)

Majestic 5AK711 (1947)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This stylish Majestic displays a surprising combination of diminutive size (only 4-1/2" tall) and monumental design. The painted Bakelite cabinet really puts the "Machine" in Machine Age and the "Industrial" in industrial design, and looks like it would be at home in the cab of a Mack truck. The cabinet is in superb condition and has been repainted to its original hammertone pewter color. The All American Five chassis has been fully restored to work like new, with all paper and electrolytic capacitors replaced, a strong set of tubes installed, a few new resistors, and a proper RF/IF alignment. To improve safety, a new polarized power cord has been installed, along with power switch circuitry modifications to keep the chassis grounded. Lighted dial. Only $20 shipping to 48 states. 12-1/2"W x 4-1/2"H x 6-1/4"D.
