A ONE-DAY WONDER!

These super compact Emerson tube portables are seldom found without cracks in the delicate plastic case. This one is crack-free and is in good working order. It has been wired to accept seven 9-volt batteries, along with a "D" cell for power, and is ready to play the moment it comes out of the box. The chassis has been fully restored with all paper and electrolytic capacitors replaced, contacts cleaned, and a full alignment performed for excellent sensitivity and sound quality. The original Emerson tubes are still there and are performing well. The chassis is clean and corrosion-free, although the label inside has a big stain. It's small and light, so shipping will be inexpensive. Batteries included. 9-1/2"W x 4-1/2"D x 2-3/8"H.
