THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Here is rare and interesting advertising display piece that is also a full AA5 set that has been recapped, tubes & resistors checked & replaced where needed. This is not the small transistor version & is an iconic tall (13"H) Marlboro Cigarette Radio. Great piece for both Radio & Tobacciana Collector. There is some wear especially on top, but where are you going to find another in this overall condition & for this price? The top does have some discoloration, but ready for play/display. There is not a lot of info that I could find on the internet on this type of radio. John Slusser's Book (price guide) shows these with a value of $600-800. The radio is in good working order & all original including knobs, decals, back, speaker, wire antenna, etc This is a Canadian RCA model CD-V1 stated on factory tag inside cabinet. You will not be disappointed. 13"H x 9"W x 5"D.
