 1934 Simplex model D8. Five tubes, AM and Shortwave reception. Radio received a number of stations in my area on AM but not much going on SW. Cabinet is excellent, dial lights brightly, new power cord, original knobs. I'm not sure when the chassis was restored but you should check out the components just in case. Radio is sold as unrestored and as-is. 14-3/4"H x 11-3/4"W x 8"D. Only the third one offered on the Attic and the first since 2015. A really nice, uncommon radio. I accept Zelle or mailed checks. Let me know your address for a shipping quote. I use FedEx Ground and get a nice discount so it will be cheaper and safer than the USPS. Great price! $299.00. (1650676) |
