Robert Levin's Radio Attic
"Selling radios at the Radio Attic since May 2018"
Stewart-Warner R1251A (1934)
(wood tube tombstone radio w/SW)
|
1934 Stewart-Warner model R1251A. Five tubes, AM and Shortwave reception. Cabinet was professionally finished a few years ago and looks great. The dial lights nicely and the indicator does move smoothly as designed. Original knobs. Chassis was restored a number of years ago and I was able to receive three stations when checked before listing. Radio is sold as unrestored and as-is. 17"H x 13"W x 8"D. A very nice radio at a great price as I am thinning the herd. I accept Zelle or mailed checks. Let me know your address for a shipping quote. I use FedEx Ground and get a nice discount so it will be cheaper and safer than the USPS. I can deliver to Kutztown in September if you prefer. $319.00. (1650683)
