Silvertone 9001 (1952)
(plastic tube table radio w/Aux or BT)

Silvertone 9001 (1952)

Compact Sears Roebuck catalog radio that's not small on style or performance. This cabinet design was used from 1949 to 1953, and since the label on the bottom of the cabinet is stamped 1952, I think it's safe to call this one a 1952 model. This five-tube set, despite designed with only one IF transformer, plays well, receiving all of my local stations with its built-in loop antenna, or use the attached 3.5mm cord installed at no extra cost for playing your own content. It's been recapped, tubes tested strong, controls cleaned & lubricated. New line cord. Cabinet is crack free and all original painted finish! There were some tiny flea bite chips that were carefully touched up with matching paint. Cabinet is compact in size yet quite pleasing in design. 8-3/4"W x 6"H x 6"D.  $129.00. (1790538)

I offer a quantity discount on my radios, so check out my other listings and drop me a line if you're interested in more than one at a time. A Bluetooth/MP3 player 3.5mm cord has been installed at no additional charge when the circuit design allows for another listening option beyond the standard AM broadcasts. You can plug in to the headphone port of your device and enjoy the music of your choice through the radio or unplug for standard AM broadcasts.
