.jpg "Holiday M6M (1960)") |
Beautiful horizontal oriented six-transistor AM radio with reverse painted dial. It was made in Japan but I have never been able to find out its mfg. date, but from the chassis and appearance it is likely about 1960. It has very shiny green plastic that is thicker than average. It works great with full volume and uses a standard 9 volt battery. The attractive emblem on the front has an "A" which probably stands for Alpha, since there is an identical M6M model I have seen which is branded Alpha on front instead of Holiday. The radio is in excellent condition with just a tiny crack on the back at the top left. It comes with original leather case in very good condition. 4-1/4"W x 2-7/8"H x 1-1/4"D. $125.00. (1910004) |
