This Montgomery Ward Airline model was made for them by The Belmont Radio Corp., Chicago. The nickname for it has been around forever and some say they can see the Indian head there in the speaker grille cut-out. I myself cannot, so guess it's all in how you look at it. The electronics have all been restored and this little Indian can really perform; and doesn't it look great too, as it has been nicely refinished. Notice the Philco Rosette style knobs? Well they are actually original on this model. Avery fine quality radio for every day use. 10-1/2"W x 7-1/2"H x 6-1/2"D.
