THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a totally restored and professionally refinished beauty manufactured by the Sparton Radio Corp. It is a ten-tube set and receives broadcasts on two bands, also has two Short-Wave bands. Also with this radio I have installed a special iPhone Player attachment so you can play your own favorite music through the radio's audio system's big speaker and it sounds so nice coming from the large radio's wooden cabinet. For the electronic restoration, all of the older capacitors have been replaced now with the newer longer lasting modern types, the older filter types or electrolytics have also been replaced so there will no longer be any background hum that's normally heard in older radios. All tubes have been checked too, replacing any that didn't make the grade. Each and every circuit has now been checked and this handsome radio is working like it is supposed to and will give its new owner many, many years of enjoyment. Because of its size I prefer the purchaser to pick it up or make their own shipping arrangements, however I will deliver to the buyer within 20 miles of my address.
