The RCA 3-BX-671 Stratoworld is a five-tube Super-Heterodyne radio with one AM Band and six Short-Wave bands. This set has been electronically restored and is working very well. It has very good reception on all AM bands and receives well on some Short-Wave bands too. It has a 4-ft telescopic antenna for long-distance reception and a large enclosed wire-wound antenna in the top cover for excellent AM reception. The genuine cowhide cover does show some obvious wear and as can be seen on the back at some time tape was used to keep the back closed because the latch was broken and has now been repaired. Weighs 16-1/2 pounds; 17-1/2"W x 11-1/2"H x 8"D.
