THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I have been working on these radios for about 22 years. All of them play great FM. But about 10 percent of these 7000's play absolutely fabulous FM usually because the radio was not played that much. This is one of them. Ordinarily this radio would sell for $495 but is has one shortwave band (19M) that does not play. If you are into shortwave, you know that the stations are on several of the bands. So whatever you wanted to hear on the 19M is on another band. The case and battery box are pristine. The radio is not just serviced which replaces some electrolytic capacitors. It is restored with all new electrolytic capacitors which will allow the radio to play another 40 years like new. It comes with a log book and new power cord. Also the light switch is finicky which is typical for Zenith T/O's since most people did not use the switch.
