Puritan 507 (1946)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Puritan 507 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

The Pure Oil Company only produced radios for two years. This model was made for only one of those two years so it's an exceptionally hard to find big deco styled beauty! The mottled brown/black Bakelite shines without cracks/chips. The three control knobs are excellent as is the perfect glass dial/dial scale. This six tube AM only chassis plays well with a unique slug tuner instead of a conventional gang condensor tuner. Come with the original back in good condition and a nice bottom label. A rare opportunity to own a wonderful radio! Measures a big 15-3/4"W x 8"H x 7"D.
