Setchell-Carlson 427 (1947)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Setchell-Carlson 427 (1947)

A gorgeous example of the "big frog eye!" This unpainted Bing cherry red wrap-a-round Bakelite cabinet & ivory Plaskon grille/thumb wheel controls are without cracks or chips. It shines & looks wonderful from any angle! The six tube AM only upside down & bottom mounted chassis plays well. The dial scale & cover are crisp, clear & undamaged. A very desirable example of the more sought after two-tone combinations! 12W" x 8"H x 6"D.
