Willard Cathedral (1932)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Willard Cathedral (1932)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This small Los Angeles manufacturer made radios for a short time in 1932 before selling out to Gilfillan in November of that year. This is the only all original example I have seen of a Willard radio. It retains the original knobs, grille cloth and finish including the Willard decal. The chassis still has the guarantee label on the back. The chassis design is exactly like the Jackson Bell Peter Pan cathedral from the same time period and also uses a Lansing speaker. The radio is in remarkable condition inside and out. The chassis has been serviced and it's a great little performer. A rare find that measures only 11-5/8"H.
