| R.F.I. stands for Radio Foundation Inc. of New York NY. Nice cone speakers are getting very hard to find. All original examples like this one are few and far between. This is the best example we have personally seen. The cone has only minor flaws. There is a 1-1/2" darkened area on the right front. There is also a 2" crease along the bottom edge as shown. The design on the paper cone is actually embossed. It retains the original driver and works well with good sound. If you're looking for a rare all original right down to the base felt this is it! The speaker measures 18-1/4" high and 17" in diameter. |
