This seldom seen Bendix dates from 1947. The woven metal grille in antique brass is rather unusual. There is a capped hole on the far left of the grille face. Someone has installed an on/off switch rather than doing a proper repair which has now been done. There is minor wear to the reverse painted glass dial mostly at 54 and 70. The cabinet has been refinished, but otherwise it is all original. The radio has been serviced and plays well. A nice post war set. 15"W x 9-1/2"H x 8-1/2"D.
