This receiver is a novel circuit by Sir Douglas Hall from the UK 'Radio Constructor' Magazine in 1966. It uses a single battery powered 3A8GT tube to the effect of having a 3-stage circuit. Performs quite well for a one tuber! For further information and more pics click here.
