Philco 48-206 (1948)
(cloth/leather tube table radio)

Philco 48-206 (1948)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Warm chocolate brown leatherette. I'm not sure what the fine folks at Philco were thinking when they introduced this style radio. But hey, it's a fun conversation piece and it plays great with wonderful sensitivity. Of course, it's been tuned and aligned with new capacitors, resistors checked and a new power cord. All five tubes are very strong. The leatherette back is okay and so is the tube layout on the bottom. Warm leatherette! If you'd like additional pics please let me know.
