Here is the ladies' version of the clamshell transistor with the floral pattern on the grille. This attractive set was made by Zenith in 1968 in Japan and has an eight-transistor chassis that really performs. Nice feature about this radio is that it closes while playing, protecting the tuning and volume dials from being changed and the sound protrudes thru the front. And it sounds real good. Plays on two "AA" batteries. Why not get that gal in your life her very own Zenith?
