Accord West German Transistor (1960)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This most handsome radio was the first West German attempt to copy Japanese transistor radios. They came out with a most beautiful set, White, Blue and Red case. The radio features AM/FM/MB/SW. It was considered one of the most beautiful radios on the market. I understand only 1000 were made because of the high cost involved. This radio operates on 4 "D" batteries and plays well on all bands! Considered a very high collectible in the radio circles, it is worth much more than my special price for the Attic of $120 including S&H.
