Columbia Phonograph C-31 Cathedral (1932)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Columbia Phonograph C-31 Cathedral (1932)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This largish, shouldered cathedral from a NY manufacturer is seldom seen. The cabinet and electrics of the five-tube TRF have been repaired and restored, but performance is not great, and it tracks only to about 1200KC. It does have a tone switch on the back, however, and it looks great in a Gothic sort of way. Attach a long wire to the back for best reception.
