Rola Speaker

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This stunning swirled and marbled Bakelite speaker is two-sided. Someone may know better, but my guess is it's from the late 20's/early 30's. Look at the pictures to appreciate the dazzling effect the thick convex-styled louvres have on this super Art Deco piece. The speaker has no cracks, hairlines, etc., and just a few scratches/mars here and there that don't show up well in the shots. There are two screwholes at the base on each side. The reverse side looks almost identical with only the jacks and screws being the difference. It has not been tested by me - the previous owner stated it had continuity. This item weighs 1 lb. 5 oz. fully packed & ready to mail. About 8-3/4"H x 9"W at the base.
