THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Stromberg was known as a premier maker of radios, and this set is a very good example of their reputation. The radio is a teckie's dream, with a very finely engineered and made chassis. Married to a fine cabinet, highlighted with exotic lacquers... well, it's a Stromberg Carlson! The case is in extremely fine condition, with a few blemishes to display its years. I think the set mav have been refinished at some point, on the top; a decent job. The chassis is the cleanest and most complete I think I have ever seen! The radio has enjoyed a complete electronic restoration, and everything works extremely well; but that is exactly what you get with a Stromberg Carlson radio! 18-1/2"W x 10-1/2"H x 9"D.
