This is another of the terrific table radios from Detrola Radio. The set is stylish, with a beautiful veneer front and carved sides. The remarkable element is the huge 6-1/4" dial in the middle of the face of the set. Lit, the dial is stunning! The radio is further fancied with bullet shaped knobs. The condition of the cabinet is very nice and original, as are the knobs and speaker cloth. The radio is a dual band set, five tube super-het chassis. These were some of the finest radios made in this era. My technician did a thorough restoration of the electronics, and the radio plays beautifully. The radio has a new power cord and plug for your safe operation. 15"W x 12"H x 10"D.
