| This was a deluxe tombstone made under the "Craftbuilt" label. The factory metal tag is still on the back of the cabinet. These radios were to compete effectively with the Ingraham Cabinet lines from Emerson. The craftsmanship is outstanding with perfectly book matched veneers on the front, in a chevron and top. The shoulders are in stained Birdseye Maple. The condition of the cabinet is factory and in pristine (like new) condition. Contained inside is a seven-tube super-het chassis which played on three bands. Note the "Magic Dial" for the high accurate tuning this innovation offered. I doubt you will ever find a better and more original example! All parts are factory original and in fantastic condition. The radio has been completely repaired by my technician and now offers the very best possible service. Note the new power cord and plug for your safe use. This extremely fine radio is 19-3/4"H x 14-1/2"W x 11"D. |
