THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Zenith was the premier producers of radios in the later 1930's. This is another of their terrific offerings in a more traditional size and shape. Yet, it retains the two most iconic elements of Zenith styling. Note the black dial, which lights nicely and the wood knobs with the "Z" logo. The cabinet has been nicely refinished by a previous owner along with accurate styled replacement speaker cloth. The wood knobs are originals. The overall condition is very nice. The six-tube super-het chassis plays on both AM and Shortwave. The radio sports a 6" speaker so the sound quality is that of a larger sized radio. Les has completed his highly professional repairs and the radio is a terrific player. No element of repair has been overlooked and the radio has a mini-jack installed. With this addition you can attach any modern device to listen to any content of your choice. Add a Bluetooth receiver for $25 additional and stream from your device to the radio in the same room. 14"W x 8-3/4"H x 9"D.
