Silvertone 4774 (1938)
Here is a rather unusual and neat table radio. Marketed by Sears under their house label, the radio came from a high quality factory. The radio offers both AM and Shortwave with a tuning eye for highly discreet tuning. Note the futuristic styling to the cabinet, which was the "left hand drive" dial location with the extreme Zephyr ribbing of the cabinet. The fan shaped dial is metallic with a whole array of foreign and domestic shortwave stations of the era. Shortwave in that timeline was like the internet today. It offered real time developments as Europe lurched towards WW2. The cabinet has been refinished and the radio retains perfect Tenite parts including the knobs. The chassis is a six-tube sophisticated super-het offering superior service. My technician has completed his professional level repairs and everything including a brand new tuning eye is like new. He added a mini-jack for your connection of any modern type device or add Bluetooth for only $25 additional! 18-1/2"W x 10-1/4"H x 9"D.  $459.00. (0961522)
All of our radios have preinstalled mini-jacks at no additional charge.  These are installed with no damage to the integrity of the radio or cabinet damage.  These will allow you to input to your old radio from any modern device.  These include phones, pad and computers.  I enjoy listening through my broadband connection.  My favorites are: pandora.com, iheart.com, and internet-radio.com.  The content is prerecorded, live FM, and shortwave and free.

NOW!  Bluetooth adaptors available with a simple add on.  The cost is $25.  Stream audio to your radio from any Bluetooth enabled device.  The range of these units is 25-30 feet.
