Silvertone 6050 (1947)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A very nice restored example of this post war Silvertone. The design and shining walnut case with the dark trim and side pillars is just outstanding. The anodized dial and speaker bezel is unique and very attractive. Gives the front a kind of Deco appearance. From my pictures you can see the knobs are original and highly polished, as is the case. Has original speaker cover and back plate. The dial cover has been replaced due to yellowing, which is common on this model. It has great reception (AM) using six tubes with a 5" speaker and the tone is exceptional using its tone control. The dial lite is very nice with the red and black numbers and red dot pointer on an illuminated gold dial plate. E-mail me if you require more pictures. Click on my Restoration process for more information. 14"W x 8"H x 8=1/2"D.
