This restored "Air Pal" is really a nice radio. Very small and compact. AM only using five miniature tubes and a loop antenna. Reception is great. Has very unique case design with the control knobs on top and Deco design in the front. The case is ivory white Bakelite. The dial plate is a little worn but still very attractive. Speaker cloth has been replaced also. The bottom identification label is perfect with the external antenna strap still in place. I discovered, between the label and the chassis is a folded original Professional Service Data sheet which contains schematic, alignment procedures, dial string info and other factory information.
