If you like big beautiful tombstone radios, this is for you! This Majestic AM/SW radio works fine on both bands. It was made by the Rogers-Majestic Radio Corp in Toronto Canada for the 1935 model year. Bands are broadcast 540-1600 KHz and shortwave 6-15 MHz; there are six tubes. The finish has been restored with clear and toning lacquers and looks great! It has a very colorful dial, all veneer is in excellent condition. There are four aluminum inlays that are in perfect condition. Grille cloth is a correct reproduction. This is a very impressive tombstone at 18"H x 12-1/2"W x 10"D, shipping weight 32 pounds in oversize box.
