Courier Cathedral
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Courier Cathedral

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a completely restored tiny Courier cathedral radio. It has been electrically restored, with all capacitors being replaced with new stock, all tubes tested, and all the resistors tested and replaced as needed. The cabinet has been refinished with many coats of lacquer and hand polished to the semi-gloss finish you see in the photos. This radio is circa early 1930's. The dial scale is lighted and doesn't have the usual megacycles printed on the dial, instead it runs from 0-100. It is a four tube radio and was meant to be used in and around major cities. I have included a 25 foot antenna for nice reception but you can add more for a better signal. I would add up to a total of 100 feet for best reception. As usual an unconditional warranty for 30 days all you pay is the shipping. See my terms for more information. More photos on request just email me. A wonderful little addition to any collection. 12-1/2"H x 8-1/2"W x 7-1/2"D.
