| This is a very unusual and scarce Atomic Age Crosley orange AM only radio. It looks kinda like Swiss Cheese. This radio was re-painted a very close match to the original color. Orange radios are not seen very often. There were no repairs to the black Bakelite cabinet, but the paint had to be redone. The front was done in a slight crackle finish which is reminiscent of old leather but is a faux finish. The knobs and back of this radio are original. The radio has had my usual electronic restoration so it does come with a warranty and should work for years to come. E-mail me if you would like to see the original finish before painting. |
