| I have never seen this beauty before so I guess it is quite scarce. It is a Wilcox-Gay model unknown, but I think it was for an office worker's desk as the face of the radio slants down to make it easier to tune. I have done a complete electronic restoration and it plays like new across the band and is AM only. The cabinet has been refinished with 25+ coats of lacquer and hand polished for a beautiful smooth finish. It has a nice wooden bottom to protect it from damage. Please look at the pics and email me if you need more. This very unusual radio that comes with an unconditional 30 day warranty. It is priced very reasonably. This is a gorgeous little radio; 9"W x 5"H x 8"D and is about 2" taller at the back. |
