True ebony cabinets are very scarce; anyone can paint a cabinet black. This one is the real deal, and I saved a few images when I stripped it. The veneer used is an inexpensive pine on the sides, and birch for the main body. Both very tight grain, and generally unsuited by the standards of the day for stain. This one retains its original grille cloth; however, it is very fragile. It has been restored in and out, and an auxiliary input suitable for an iPod® has been installed. It too, comes with my 90 day warranty. 14"W x 13"H x 8"D.
