| Here is another super Opus 7! This one played well before the restoration, but nevertheless we did all the things that need to be done on these 50+ year old masterpieces to optimize their longevity and their performance. We replace the filter capacitors, all the smaller wax-foil-paper capacitors in high voltage locations as well as those in areas we know have a high failure rate. All tubes tested and weak & marginal ones replaced, new bulbs, contacts cleaned, mechanisms lubricated, etc. And a really heavy cleaning of the cabinet which has brought it back to beautiful original condition. Marvel at the photos! She's a head-turner for sure. This is a USA version, so the FM is the full USA range and all the writing is in English. The sound is beyond description! FM is breathtaking, AM is fine, and the ShortWave is powerful. Six speakers! Tape and phono inputs on the back activated from the front keyboard. A beautiful and impressive radio!
