Emerson 570 "Memento" by Ingraham (1949)
(wood tube novelty radio)

Emerson 570 "Memento" by Ingraham (1949)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A beautiful burled walnut Emerson Ingraham cabinet radio from 1949 in excellent condition. This is a battery operated set, three "D" cells and a 67-1/2V battery. And unlike most of these radios, where the seller says "untested," this Emerson is working & playing very well because it has a brand new 67-1/2V battery in it. The battery alone was over $40. When the case is opened, and the small clear plastic cap is raised, the radio turns on. Nice reception on all my local stations. The case is in excellent condition, nice curved design and matched walnut. No significant case issues other than a scratch or two and a very tiny chip on the back edge. The picture of my old flame goes with the radio. No charge. About 7-1/2" square x 3-1/2"H.
