Air-Way Type F Regenerative Receiver
(wood tube casket radio)

Air-Way Type F Regenerative Receiver

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is a rare Airway type F regenerative receiver made in Toledo, OH. The condition is excellent as shown! One audio transformer is good and the other is open. However, it receives with headphones using the detector output jack. It has RF amplification, which is working well. The tube socket shells have stress cracks as do almost all Air-Way receivers. The front panel is excellent and the case has the original finish. One knob has some very small chips on the edge. A very nice example indeed of a very hard to find radio! You'll need an ARBEE II type power supply to run it. Sold with a good set of tubes. A very nice example of this Air-Way.
