General Electric radios sold!

General Electric C-400 (1946)
(plastic tube table radio)

General Electric C-400 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Apparently a four-tube superhet. Very sweet looking little Art Deco piece that looks like it was designed before the war but was produced after. Tunes and plays well. No breaks or cracks to case. No loop antenna (another pre-War design element?). All manufacturers were likely knocking out inexpensive sets as fast as possible for those vets and their wives. Original back present, though wounded. Ditto label on bottom.
