Interesting that both the Stein and Bunis books cite the 51C as the pre-War, deco-looking little Bakelite set while this is clearly a post-War clock radio. Guess Motorola needed to re-use a model number? Anyway, this little boomer radio tunes and plays great. Clock starts when you plug it in. (JC236)
