Emerson DX-356 w/Ingraham Cabinet (1941)
(wood tube table radio)

Emerson DX-356 w/Ingraham Cabinet (1941)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Absolutely unbelievable radio! Why? First, the finish on the Ingraham (Bristol, CT) cabinet is all original and looks fantastic. Second, the back appears to have never been off, the tubes have never been touched and the radio plays like the day it came off the assembly line. This five-tube Superhet features Standard Broadcast (AM), two Shortwave bands and self contained loop antenna. Another member of the Radio Attic pointed out to me that no back is included and that the cord is cut. The original back is included along with the 10 original screws that held it in place. After listening to the radio, I cut the cord because it was in terrible shape. The radio is at the technician's getting a new cord and the electronics are all being checked and replaced as needed so you can expect years of worry-free operation of this beautiful radio. Don't miss this rather rare opportunity. 16-1/2"W x 10-1/2"H x 10"D.
