Silvertone 6120 (1939)
(wood tube table radio)

Silvertone 6120 (1939)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Superlatives may not suffice, but here goes anyway. This 1939 Silvertone (Sears & Roebuck) radio has been completely rebuilt including a re-coned speaker, all electrical components replaced or repaired, new power cord, new plastic dial cover and brand new green tuning tube. The cabinet had been professionally refinished before I acquired the set. Plays loud and clear both Standard Broadcast (AM) and Short Wave with a short antenna wire. A real "collector's radio."
