Emerson 613A (1950)

Emerson 613A (1950)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Here is super cool little radio I purchased from the Radiophile collection many years ago (Google "Radiophile Plastic Radios" to read more about this set). This one is unique because the integrated antenna lifts up to create a shark fin look! It's the famous "Fan-Tenna" radio. This model is rarely seen for sale and the swirled salmon color is exceptionally uncommon. In fact, I don't think any Fan-Tenna radios have ever been listed on the Radio Attic. The knobs and interior labels are all original. There are a couple of normal cracks in the lid but no missing pieces. It powers up just fine but I can't pull in any stations from my basement office. The electronics appear to have been restored including a newer power cord. The chassis is especially clean but its sold as-is. 8-1/4"W x 7"H x 4"D; 6 pounds.
