Atwater Kent 637 Tombstone (1936)
(wood tube tombstone radio w/SW)

Atwater Kent 637 Tombstone (1936)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a very difficult to find radio in the Atwater Kent series. It's also one of the very few AK sets featuring a colorful dial with all sorts of visual appeal when tuned from station to station. If that's not enough, just look at the wonderful book matched wood veneers used in this handsome cabinet. Don't let this pristine radio slip away because its unlikely you'll find another one in the future. This radio was treated to a first-class cabinet and chassis restoration, including a new cloth power cord. The radio is an outstanding player and retains the original knobs and grille cloth. This set weighs 29 pounds; 18-1/4"H x 14"W x 9"D.
